It's about time ...
To assure timely publication and distribution to subscribers events need to be sent two weeks in advance.  Later is risky, although we try to get them all posted.  Your listing typically will appear in 24-48 hours; all information is subject to validation and editing to assure accuracy and consistency.
What's required
The red stars * indicate the minimum requirements.  But if you want people to come to your event you need everything, especially the composers and works to be heard, to convince people to come.
